PROOF OF AGE
ALL products sold at Toro Vapes require proof of age without exception.
For deliveries and shipments photo I.D. will be verified by the courier/delivery driver, failure to produce identification will result in the package being Returned to Sender. Any fees associated with sending the order again will be the customer’s responsibility. A 90% restocking fee will be applied to all orders which failed to produce age verification to Canada Post or the delivery driver.

PAYMENT METHOD
Toro Vapes accepts VISA, VISA Debit, Mastercard, and E-Transfer for all online transactions. All credit and debit payments will be processed through our website. If you choose to make an E-Transfer, instructions on fulfillment will be emailed to you after you place your order. Your order will not be processed until your E-Transfer is received in store.
IN-STORE PICK UP
Toro Vapes offers in-store pickup for the convenience of our customers. You can place an order online at www.torovape or call our Etobicoke location at (647) 580-6661 to speak with a sales associate directly.
If you place your order online, make sure to select “In Store Pickup” at checkout. If you have any special requests or instructions, please include these in the comments at checkout. You will receive an email when your payment has been processed.
Once your order has been picked and packed, you will receive an email confirming it is available for pick up. Please bring a photo I.D. for verification upon pick up! The photo I.D. must match the name and billing address on the order invoice.
You can pick up your order any time during regular store hours at your convenience!

SAME DAY DELIVERY
Toro Vapes is happy to offer same-day delivery on all orders to the following cities within the GTA: Ajax, Aurora, Brampton, Burlington, Markham, Mississauga, North York, Oakville, Oshawa, Pickering, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Toronto, Vaughan, Whitby
Delivery is free on orders over $75.00 before taxes. There is no minimum cost for delivery!
All same-day delivery orders in the GTA under $75.00 before taxes will be subject to an $15.00 + tax delivery fee.
For same-day delivery in the GTA, order before 11:00 am on weekdays and we will have your package delivered to you the same day! You can place an order for delivery on our online store. Simply choose the “Same Day Home Delivery GTA” option at checkout.
If you have any special instructions for your delivery, please comment at checkout! You will receive a confirmation text message that your order is being processed. After 2pm the same day, you will receive a second text message from our courier with a link to live track your order.
All orders placed before 11am on weekdays Monday-Friday will be delivered between 4pm-10pm.
Orders placed after 11am Monday-Thursday will be delivered the next day. Orders placed after 11:00 am Friday will be delivered the following Monday. We no longer deliver on weekends. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered the following Monday.
The driver will contact you before delivery, via text message, which means all orders must have a valid phone number provided to the courier. All orders require proof of age to be presented by the person whose name is on the order. All GTA same-day deliveries require the customer to be present at the time of delivery. All orders, including repeat customers, will be age verified by the courier before each scheduled delivery.
If you miss your first delivery attempt, our courier will reach out to you to reschedule a new delivery time within 24-48 hours. The package will be returned to us if the second delivery attempt fails, and the order will be refunded excluding the delivery cost.
If your address is outside of the Greater Toronto Area, we will ship your order to you the same day!
A 90% restocking fee plus the delivery cost will be applied to all orders that fail to produce age verification to the courier.

Toro Vapes offers a variety of shipping methods to suit the need of our customers. Place your order before 3:00 pm on weekdays and we will ship your order the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm on weekdays and on weekends will be processed the next business day. If you have any specific instructions for your shipment, please leave a comment at checkout. Once your order has been paid, processed, and packaged you will receive a complete email that your order is ready to be shipped. A second email with the tracking information will be sent from our selected courier.
Please use that tracking number to follow all your order updates and delivery date.
The shipping address must match the billing address for first time orders paid by Credit or Debit Card. If we are unable to ship your order to the billing address that matches the method of payment, please contact us and our staff will be happy to assist you.
Toro Vapes is not responsible for the cost of any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages due to failure to provide their proof of age. Any returned orders will be refunded, excluding the cost of shipping to the sender and back to us. A 90% restocking fee will be applied to all orders which fail to produce age verification to the selected courier. Any returned orders due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be refunded, excluding the cost of shipping to the sender and back to us.
Canada
Toro Vapes offers shipping Canada-wide with Purolator Express, Canpar, and Canada Post. We always do our best to ship with the fastest courier and will choose the courier best for you, our customer!
If you are a Canadian resident and your order is under $100.00 before tax, there is a $15.00 flat rate shipping fee. We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.00 (before tax) for Ontario and Quebec residents. We offer free shipping on all orders over $150.00 (before tax) for British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, and Prince Edward Island residents.
Packages sent to Canadian residents must undergo an Age Verification Process before the courier delivers them.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
You may change or cancel your order before a tracking number is issued.
We can not cancel same-day GTA delivery orders once you have received the first TEXT MESSAGE pick-up conformation from the courier.
