Warranty Information
- Toro Vape Shop provides a 3-month warranty on all products in the event of manufacturing defects.
- Please note that this warranty does not cover issues stemming from personal preference or improper use.
- The warranty period begins on the date you receive your product. We encourage you to inspect your items upon delivery.
Order Cancellation & Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of receipt to cancel your order.
- To be eligible for a refund or store credit, returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
- Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty Claim Procedure
- Initiate Your Claim: Email us with your Order ID (or your full name) along with a reference to the item in question.
- Receive and Complete the Returns Form: We will send you a returns form—please complete and return it promptly to avoid processing delays.
- Inspection & Testing: Once we receive the item, our team will inspect and test it within 5 working days.
- Resolution:
- If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will promptly offer a replacement, apply store credit, or issue a full refund.
- If you prefer not to wait for the warranty testing, you may opt to purchase a replacement. Should the original item later be verified as faulty, a full refund for that product will be processed.
- Warranty Conditions: The warranty becomes void if the returned product has not been properly maintained, cleaned, or if it has been altered or damaged through misuse.
